Sending contact information from Outlook is as simple as:
In Contacts, click the contact you want to send as a vCard, and then on the Actions menu click Forward as vCard or Forward.
To send your vCard from the Blackberry:
Open the Address Book and scroll to your name, or go to the Messages field of a new mail, click scroll wheel, and select one of "Send As Attachment" or "Send to Messenger Contact".
