Bro DGS Dhinakaran passed away today

It is sorrowful that our beloved Brother Dr.D. G. S. Dhinakaran has passed away today. It is a big loss for us. We have lost a Godly man who prayed with tears for all of us.

WHO WILL STAND UP FOR US IN HIS PLACE? HE CAN NOT BE COMPENSATED AT ALL.

Noted Christian Preacher and Evangelist Dr. D.G.S Dinakaran passed away into Christ this morning at 6:30hrs IST in Chennai at the age of 72. He was struggling from heart and kidney ailments.

He was admitted to Appollo Hospital in Chennai on January 29. Most of his family members were at his bedside when he breathed his last. His body was taken to his residence at Jesus Calls for public homage.

Dr.Dinakaran is the founder of the Jesus Calls Ministry.

He was Born on July 1, 1935 and had a very tough life being torn by the ailments of poverty and agony of unemployment. Unable to bear these problems, he decided to put an end to his life at his 20 years of age. On his way to throw himself in front of a speeding train, he was stopped by his uncle who introduced him to Jesus Christ. He said an immediate peace overwhelmed him, and he went home with hope and a new purpose for his life.

Then he worked at a bank and ended up becoming a top executive for the company. Yet he had a heart for ministry that compelled him to start the Jesus Calls ministry.

Later, he had a vision of the Lord Jesus appearing to him, asking him to train lay people like himself to reach the people of his nation and other parts of Asia with the good news of the Gospel through radio and television ministries. He also started other ministries related to Jesus Calls ministry, wrote books, and influenced many people in all walks of life for God.

He is also the founder of Karunya Institute of Technology in Coimbatore.

He is survived by his wife & son named Dr. Paul Dinakaran, who is also a well known Christian preacher & three grand children.

    I praise God for the life of this great apostle who was at the crutches of death many times in his life, yet was victorious in GOd. A man after God's own heart! He moved with the compassion of Jesus and the fire anointing of the Holy Spirit. Let us rejoice for his life and carry the baton of the gospel of Jesus Christ with a greater Urgency! He finished his race faithfully! Dare we leave ours Unfinished!

    As abram pleaded for Lot, DGS pleaded for millions of hungry and lost souls.

    But now, we miss the divine messenger of love. because of DGS like divine persons living in chennai, we were safe from all evil when lots of devilish forces shattered many places all around India. But, now on... we are put into darkness, so, lets all be prayerful and prepare ourselves to live in the end of days...

    Uncle is a big loss for our family, where we hear his voice daily in anyway through TV,CASSETTES or in anymedia, he touches our heart with bible versus. Uncle was the man of god who preached us the bible words with more compassion like jesus who teached 2000 years ago. He is with heavenly wealth and accompanying Lord Jesus. It is tears on earth but cheers in heaven to be with the eternal father.

    God Called Home A Great Child of His as the works of Uncle DGS Dhinakaran is over on this earth for now.

    It's a sad time to be separated from those whom we love dearly but we should rejoice for the great day when the trumpet of God shall sound and those who truly loves Jesus who have gone before us shall be raised.We who also love Jesus who are remaining on earth shall be changed into Glory and meet the Lord in the air together with all those who have been raised and we shall ever be with our Saviour for eternity.

    My beloved father was called home to Jesus on the 9th January this year and what a sad moment for our family to see him go but we look forward to that great day soon when we shall all be united with our Lord Jesus and all our loved ones who went before us and we shall reign with Jesus forever in the coming new world.

    The unique thing of being a child of the Living Most High God is that there'll be no end to us even after we leave this earth. Uncle Dhinakaran and his beloved family won millions of souls for Christ. Daniel 12:3 says "And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever".

    May God comfort our hearts this day during these hours of grief over the departure of uncle Dhinakaran and may those who are still doubting this wonderful God that we serve come, to the cross of Calvary and accept His free gift of salvation and escape the coming great storm that is about to hit the earth very soon. The only way out of this storm is Jesus.

    May the light to God that Uncle Dhinakaran showed us till his last day on earth, lead us on safely till we reach the shores of Heaven someday. God bless you and we shall indeed meet on that beautiful shore, the new Jerusalem one day soon.

    We deeply mourn for the loss of Brother DGS Dhinakaran. Brother Dhinakaran lived a life as a living sacrifice to God. He taught God's word to people like me and many who are also know as gentiles in biblical manner.

    Me and my entire family respect Brother Dhinakaran for his great teachings and meetings that he conducted in various cities. I live in US but we still listen to his songs and praises to God on the internet.
    I cannot express how huge loss it is for all of us. May God provide us courage to get through this difficult time and may we remember Brother Dhinakaran and his works throughout our lives.

    May God rest his Soul in peace and accept him in GOD's kingdom.
