ALT+SPACE will bring up the system menu for the program active, where you can choose to Restore, Move, Size, Minimize, Maximize, or Close. If you're using a program that has multiple windows inside of it, you can get to the system menu of the currently active child window by pressing: ALT+- (ALT+HYPHEN)
