By default, your Outlook calendar uses a 30 minute time scale. By altering the calendar settings, you can increase or decrease the time scale to suit your specific needs. For example, you might prefer using a 60 or 15 minute time scale instead. To change the time scale of your calendar in Outlook:
- Open your calendar in Outlook, right-click on the calendar grid then click the Other Settings option
- Use the drop down arrow beside the Time scale field to select the time scale you want to use. Click OK
