How to easily Change the Time Scale in the Outlook Calendar?

By default, your Outlook calendar uses a 30 minute time scale. By altering the calendar settings, you can increase or decrease the time scale to suit your specific needs. For example, you might prefer using a 60 or 15 minute time scale instead.

To change the time scale of your calendar in Outlook:

  1. Open your calendar in Outlook, right-click on the calendar grid then click the Other Settings option
  2. Use the drop down arrow beside the Time scale field to select the time scale you want to use. Click OK

    Hi Chris,

You will need to re-start Outlook for the settings to reflect.

    Cheers!!
