If the Quick Launch Toolbar is missing from the taskbar, right-click an empty area on the taskbar, scroll to Toolbars, and then check Quick Launch.
Add items to the Quick Launch toolbar by clicking the icon for the program you want to add, and dragging it to the Quick Launch portion of the taskbar.
